Abstract

Cognitive Overload concerns may emerge when evaluating LibGuides, or running usability tests with library users. However, Cognitive Overload impacts librarians, too, exacerbating stressors that lead to burnout and attrition. Join us to learn more about Cognitive Overload, how it impacts librarians, and how to supplant it with more sustainable practices.
