This paper explores the enhancement of library collections through the integration of the RCAABUT (Research, Curate, Authenticate, Acquire, Build Collections, Utilize, Track) process within ALMA. The RCAABUT process provides a systematic approach to the selection, acquisition, management, and continuous optimization of library resources by leveraging real-time usage data and advanced analytics. By utilizing a cloud-based platform, libraries can improve accessibility, scalability, and collaboration while ensuring efficient and data-driven collection management.
