Abstract
Some electronic resources in Central Discovery Index that are not indexed directly from providers, do not have 100% coverage. In addition, poor metadata often plague these resources. Consequently, our users are often not able to retrieve full-text of articles from these resources through the link resolver in Primo VE. We created a solution, using General Electronic Service in Primo VE and Power Automate, to address this issue. In this session, you will see how we were able to create a workaround by extracting the relevant metadata from Primo VE and using cloud flow in Power Automate to direct users to the full-text of the articles, thereby improving accessibility and user experience.
