Abstract
The presenters from three universities - which are either public or private and are different in size in terms of FTE and collection - will each explain why their existing ILL systems were replaced by Rapido? Issues such as “How do the users perceive the enhanced services”, “What are the best practices”, and “What lessons have been learnt” will be addressed.
