Biographical Information
I have a MS in Therapeutic Recreation from SUNY-Cortland. I have 27 years of experience as a participant in Therapeutic Recreation. I am a CTRS on an acute Behavioral Health Unit and a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader. I have lead Laughter Yoga sessions with Behavioral Health patients and Assisted Living residents.
