In today's educational landscape, understanding and addressing the unique needs of adolescent boys is critical. As counselors, our role extends beyond academic advising to providing holistic support that nurtures their emotional, social, and psychological well-being. This proposal aims to delve into the challenges faced by high school boys and present strategies for effective counseling, drawing from my experience working at an all-male high school.
