Session Summary
"The Voice" is a reality TV show where data is blindly gathered about singers by listening to their voice. Like the show, our strongest skills are listening and our strongest data should come from prioritizing the voices of the students we serve. In order to not blindly follow data, we must rethink our approach to uplifiting student voice and explore interventions that ultimately impact student growth and outcomes.
