Biographical Information

Noelle Molloy, MSEd, CTRS, ICE-CCP is currently the Credentialing/Test Development Specialist at the National Council for Therapeutic Recreation Certification. Over her 35-year career as a recreation therapist, she has worked as a therapist, supervisor, educator, primarily in physical medicine/rehabilitation and developmental disabilities. In addition to working at NCTRC, Noelle is currently working as a recreation therapist part time in a long term care facility. She has presented on a variety of topics including professional certification and recertification.

Biographical Information

Susan Kaufer, CTRS, has been an NCTRC Credentialing Specialist since 1997. Susan earned her Bachelor’s degree in Recreation and Leisure Studies from the State University of New York at Brockport. She attends and speaks at professional Therapeutic Recreation conferences, provides webinars and university campus guest lectures several times each year. Other responsibilities include serving as NCTRC committee liaison, coordinating review of appeals and disciplinary matters, as well as review of certification applications and providing on-going customer service. Prior to NCTRC employment, Susan had over 10 years of professional practice in the Therapeutic Recreation field in the areas of Behavioral Health, Geriatrics and Developmental Disabilities and has proudly held CTRS certification for 40 years.
