Session Description

Working with predicted grades can be a stressful process for counsellors and admissions teams alike. Are they accurate? Do they need to be? Drawing on real world data (including from the IBO) and examples we aim to give those on both sides of the desk genuine insight into how they are viewed by various constituents and to inform your work with advisees and applicants. We will discuss how predicted grades are used in the admissions process across a number of key destinations along with strategies for both producing, increasing accuracy and utilizing this data point for your work with students and applicants.
