Session Description
Given the rapidly changing technological, social, and educational landscape, the work of higher-education recruitment and college counseling is undergoing a revolution. This session aims to prepare participants to harness AI as a complement, not a replacement, enabling them to reduce inefficiencies, eliminate bottlenecks, and enhance productivity in the workplace while freeing them to focus on irreplaceable human-centered relationships and tasks. It also seeks to prepare attendees to anticipate and creatively respond to the future challenges by equipping them with resources, networks, and tools for staying informed and adapting to the new landscape. Finally, it will provide ideas for helping participants guide students in developing the adaptability, decision-making, and AI fluency that will define success in an AI-driven world.
