Session Summary
This session will explore the dynamics of five generations- Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials, Generation Z, and Generation Alpha- currently learning and working within school settings. Attendees will gain insights into each generation's unique characteristics, values, and communication styles. The presentation will offer practical strategies to strengthen collaboration, improve communication, and build positive relationships across generational lines among students, staff, and stakeholders.
