Session Summary
The goal of this workshop is to equip participants who work with students with a deeper understanding of how the brain functions in relation to resilience and emotional well-being. Participants will learn practical, brain-based strategies for fostering resilience in students, including tools for enhancing social-emotional learning (SEL), emotion regulation, and coping skills. They will leave with a toolkit of age-appropriate interventions and activities that can be implemented to support students’ emotional growth and resilience.
