Session Summary
In this session, participants will explore the critical role of student connection in promoting academic success and well-being. Attendees will receive a customizable connectedness survey and learn effective methods for sharing and interpreting the results with staff. The session will cover strategies for enhancing staff-student relationships and guiding educators to recognize and foster meaningful connections. Additionally, participants will discover how to implement student-led programs that cultivate a sense of belonging and drive positive, school-wide growth.
