Session Summary

This session examines the use of psychoeducational groups grounded in positive psychology as an intervention for enhancing social-emotional well-being among middle school girls. Emphasizing strengths-based practices such as gratitude exercises, empathy development, and strength-spotting, the session demonstrates how these groups can address a range of interpersonal challenges, including, but not limited to, relational aggression.

Participants will gain practical activities aimed at promoting resilience, self-worth, emotional regulation, and positive peer connections.
