Session Summary
This session will introduce S.I.E.P. (Sparking Interest in Engineering Pathways), a group intiative led by school counselors from Haynes Bridge Middle School, Hopewell Middle School, and Taylor Road Middle School in Fulton County. Participants will learn how school counselors can support the integration of STEM exposure within academic and career planning. The presentation will also highlight strategies for increasing access to enginnering pathways, particulary for underrepresented student populations.
