Explore how school counselors can empower all students, especially those from marginalized backgrounds, to “rule” their academic and social-emotional experiences through equitable, culturally responsive practices. This session offers practical strategies to dismantle barriers, amplify student voice, and promote belonging in school environments. Participants will leave with tools to lead systemic change and support students in owning their narratives.
