• The reasons that shifts in material formats had led to a shift in areas needing greater support.
• The current issues revolving around areas of duplication of effort, such as invoicing and standing orders.
• How a next generation library system affects the organizational workflow.
• The areas that this workflow is anticipated to allow growth into increasingly electronic library content.

A department manager's retirement led the O’Neill Library to reexamine its organizational structure, and to analyze the ways in which it no longer fit the work that was performed.  Since its last re-organization, many problems had been improved upon, a new-next-generation library system was implemented, and more content is electronic.
