This session highlights innovative career-focused activities for elementary students, such as Career Day, Field trips, and schoolwide and classroom level activities, that spark early interest and awareness. Emphasizing student choice, attendees will learn how to integrate hands-on, creative approaches to college and career readiness. This session will outline ways to empower students as self-advocates and leaders, as well as ways to foster strong collaboration with parents, educators, and community stakeholders to enhance student success.
