For school leaders, administrators, and ELL Coordinators, this session offers important considerations for supporting mindsets around teaching ELLs. Because shaping teacher beliefs is an essential first step in instructional improvement, participants will leave with tools for planning professional development and enhancing school culture to promote equity for ELL populations.
