Transforming Resource Management: The Synergy Model for Full Leganto Implementation at Tel-Hai University

Abstract
Tel-Hai College achieved 100% institutional adoption of Ex Libris Leganto through a "holistic synergy model." By integrating Leganto into a bespoke Syllabus System, library resources were embedded directly into the faculty’s primary workflow, transforming Leganto from an "extra step" into a core pedagogical tool.
This session explores the collaboration between college leadership, the library, and the Innovation Department. Our custom interface leverages Leganto APIs to allow faculty to curate library-vetted materials within their familiar environment. Attendees will learn about the "Tel-Hai Synergy Model," a framework for aligning technology with academic excellence. We demonstrate that full implementation is achievable when administration, library, and innovation units unite for digital transformation.
