Why Are People Not Adopting Certain Features? Survey Results

Abstract
During the first half of 2026, the IGeLU Steering Committee conducted an online survey among member institutions about experiences from the enhancement process. The survey had two main objectives: to find perceived obstacles to the voting process, and to find reasons why institutions often do not implement the enhancements after they have been implemented. The two last enhancement cycles for Alma, Primo, and Leganto were targeted in the survey.
This session will present the results from the survey, bring forth suggestions for improvement. Everyone is welcome to join the discussion, and add even more suggestions for a stronger enhancement process.
