Abstract

Academic libraries often face the challenge of delivering seamless, user-centered services across multiple platforms. The implementation of Ex Libris solutions, combined with a user experience (UX) approach at the Library System of the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina, represents a strategic response to this challenge.

This approach improves accesibility and services personalization, while supporting evidence-based decision-making and the continuous desing of meaningful experiences. The integration of tools such as Alma, Primo, Leganto, Rialto and RapidILL enables a coherent, user-oriented exosystem that enhances library services.

This presentation explores the role of each tool and how their combined use improves user experience in teaching, learning, research and access to information.
