Abstract

Primo VE offers a wide range of possibilities — but the institutional contexts in which it is used are just as diverse. The potential is vast, yet every institution faces real-world constraints that determine what is actually feasible in day-to-day operations. This tension between ambition and limitations is the focus of this presentation. The talk traces diverse developments of recent years and examines how libraries are navigating the balancing act between the capabilities of Primo VE and the resources at their disposal.
