Learning Objectives

Following this session, participants will be able to consider the implications of a multi-generational workforce, and assess how to best leverage the arrival of Millennials within their own organization in relation to managing electronic resources.

Abstract

As the upper range of the Millennial generation reaches their 30s, their place in the library workforce has arrived. This panel explores how to best leverage Millennials and a multi-generational workforce in three key areas of managing electronic resources:
