You are what you eat? A 16S human gut microbiome modular miniaturized course-based undergraduate research experience (miniCURE) for introductory biology classes
Session Description
C-MOOR miniCURES are modular curricula focused on teaching genomic data science through student research in undergraduate biology classes. Participants will explore modules profiling the microbial community of the human gut on the cloud platform AnVIL. To participate in this workshop, you will need to sign up for the cloud computing platform AnVIL. To help the workshop run smoothly, please sign up for an AnVIL account (https://anvil.terra.bio/) in advance if possible. To let uso let us know what email you used to sign up for AnVIL so we can give you access to the curricula on our end. A laptop: Unfortunately, AnVIL is not currently compatible with tablets at this time. Google Chrome: Google Chrome is the only officially supported web browser for AnVIL. While walk-in participants are always welcome, doing these steps in advance will help us get up and running quickly!
