The Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC), in partnership with WIDA has rolled out ELD Standards specifically for 2.5-5.5 young dual language learners (DLLs). Massachusetts Early Education and Care educators and providers and others interested in supporting DLLs should not miss hearing about this ground-breaking initiative.
