Session Abstract
In this session, the members of the newly-formed MATSOL Community College Steering Committee will facilitate a discussion of topics that are relevant to Massachusetts community college ESL programs. What are the issues that are important to these programs? How are ESL services and resources similar or different? What changes have been made or might be made; for example, to curriculum, levels or awarding of credit? How can ESL faculty members and staff personnel support each other across the state? What is the future of community college ESL in Massachusetts Please join in and help shape the discussion. Anyone interested in community college or higher education issues is welcome.
