What do you do when your library administration asks for detailed, granular e-resource usage reports? In this presentation we will discuss how we tackled administration reporting requirements by using UStat reporting software. We will share how we quickly implemented UStat to improve management of COUNTER/SUSHI reports, and will also discuss the challenges we encountered in attempting to identify usage by patron type and location. This presentation will be of interest to anyone who works with e-resource usage statistics.
