When users cannot access full-text e-resources in the Primo Central Index, the underlying problem could involve SFX activations, syncing between SFX/PCI, PCI metadata, or publisher metadata.  In this presentation, we will discuss Harvard University's workflow for identifying, reporting, and tracking these problems.  This session will be of interest to anyone who works with the Primo Central Index.
