Texas Woman’s University was the 4th Alma customer in the United States and we have been doing PDA and ebook purchases since day one. The workflow has been clunky in getting quality records into Alma and to ensure that records are replaced with the best record after the item has been purchased. This workflow creates an easy process in ordering and receiving ebook content quickly and efficiently. We will discuss the setup process and the workflow as part of this discussion.
