Making the most of your Primo UI in a cloud-based environment

Description

Cloud services are provided with the understanding that server access will not be granted to customers. In Primo, this means that all UI work has to be done via the back office—without access to crucial server files usually mentioned by Primo UI pioneers in their how-to guides. Learn how CUNY improved the user interface of its Primo instance (shared by 21 libraries and used by over 250,000 students) using only the tools available through the back office. Tips, tricks, and how-tos will be shared with the audience so others can go back to their libraries and improve their Primo UIs right away.
