This session will show ways in which Texas Woman’s University is using PDA to manage collections of electronic materials that are Licensed annually for use.  This process makes it easier to identify the number of items in a collection and remove items that are no longer part of the collection.  Most of the collections are NOT Patron Driven Acquisitions, but materials licensed annually for use, streaming video and various ebook collections.  We will show some of the different setups required, and the workflows used.  We encourage a discussion about PDA and managing electronic collections.
