This presentation describes how we prepare pre-migration clean up, how we organize and conduct testing, and how we prepare for cutover. This presentation will also share how we work collaboratively with the vendors, the Orbis Cascade Alliance Implementation Team, and the university IT. The key elements to make the migration successful such as project management, team work, proactive participation, and communication will be addressed.
