Session Abstract
Listening is a crucial 21st century skill and integral to the Common Core and WIDA Standards. Using online resources and model lesson plans, this workshop will present novel ways to support ELLs in content area classrooms through listening activities that utilize authentic language found in public radio stories and podcasts.
