Session Description
Whether a campus is online or traditional, new advisers must work efficiently with students, use resources, and collaborate with teams in a virtual setting. Last year, the presenters spoke about their new online adviser training program. They now have developed an accelerated, advanced version of the program to accommodate their rapidly expanding staff, as they grow to 45,000 students.
Participants will learn to develop advisers who are confident with skills, knowledge, and resources right from the start.
