Why have more than 30 million people enrolled in college over the last two decades but left before earning a degree? Aggregating, analyzing, and acting on student data and behavior can minimize these statistics and keep students engaged and progressing toward graduation. Learn how to design, configure, and implement a student-centric retention program that addresses each student's unique situation, facilitates timely interventions, and supports student success, ultimately driving persistence and decreasing the cost of graduation.

Brief Bio
Colleen works directly with institutions to identify strategic partnerships that find, enroll, retain, and teach more students, resulting in both institutional and student success. Colleen has more than 15 years of higher education experience both inside and outside of the classroom and has had the privilege of speaking at several industry events including Educause, The Online Learning Consortium, and UPCEA. Colleen holds a certificate in Change Management from Prosci and earned her master’s from the University of Northern Colorado.
