Session Description

This presentation will look at a process for marketing, recruiting, and supporting stop out students to help them return and finish what they started. Participants will learn how to: identify the target market of stop out students and what demographics within that to identified; ways to market specifically towards the stop out audience; how to address the disruptions in students education that caused them to leave the university; and retention tools used as students returned.
