Professional journeys are colorful! Life enters. Strange things happen. Resilience gets challenged. Continuing Educators are tough; yet, even the best derail. Others’ mishaps, triumphs, and personal framings will encourage thinking about your own journey. Wit, wisdom, and scenario planning activities will guide you to your future. We won’t have all of the answers, but you’ll know you’re not alone. And you might be inspired – or amused -- by a thing or two along the way.

Brief Bio
Roxanne is the Executive Dean of Venango College at Clarion University in Pennsylvania and has 30 years of continuing higher education experience. She has served as President of the Association for Continuing Higher Education and was honored by the Association for Continuing Higher Education receiving its Leadership Award in 2010.
