Session Description
This session will present the Outreach Model utilized by Southeastern Oklahoma State University’s Educational Outreach. Presenters will explore how this model is used at each of SE’s four primary outreach sites to provide greater opportunities for expansion and nontraditional student success. Primary topics will include advising and student services, deployment of anchor faculty, and marketing plans, as well as the process of adapting the model to the unique challenges and student needs at each site.

Jeni Maple is the Coordinator for Academic Services for Southeastern Oklahoma State University at the University Center of Southern Oklahoma. She received her B.A. from SOSU in 2004 with a double major in Journalism and English. In 2009, she completed her M.A. in English at Oklahoma State University.

Matt Morris is the Coordinator of Academic Services for Southeastern Oklahoma State University at Grayson College in Denison, Texas. He received his B.S. in Elementary Education from SOSU in 2011 and his M.Ed. in School Administration from SOSU in 2013. Prior to joining Southeastern, he taught in Sherman, Texas.
