Lockheed Martin, in alignment with its ever intensifying commitment to Diversity & Inclusion, took the concept of ally inclusion to the next level by creating the Ally for Inclusion Employee Network. No longer stove-piped, employees at Lockheed Martin come together, unified by their common vision to launch a corporate-wide inclusion campaign. A diverse panel of Lockheed Martin professionals will share the experiences of the team from where we were to where we are and where we are headed regarding the role of allies in the workplace. The panel will also share how the Ally for Inclusion Employee Network was launched.
