
There are many reasons for a corporation to initiate LGBT inreach and outreach strategies. Increasing consumer sales is certainly a major objective for many. This workshop will explore successful corporate strategies to improve LGBT reputation, and its relationship to sales and marketing. We will look at both broad "LGBT community" approaches, as well as present the case for strategically targeting specific demographic segments within the community such as lesbians, transgender, millennials, etc. For many companies, an initiative focused on specific segments within the LGBT community yields the best return on investment.
