
Representatives from Chubb Group of Insurance Companies and Johnson & Johnson will share recent experiences in rebranding their employee / business resource groups (E/BRG’s) and provide best practices for other companies contemplating a rebranding initiative of their own.
Specifically, the workshop will provide tips & tools to help set goals for your organization, learn how you can gain corporate and member support, and create a simple plan for executing a branding or rebranding initiative. The workshop will be led by Christie Alderman, a Vice President at Chubb and Paul Scoggins, a Vice President at Johnson & Johnson and will focus on driving greater engagement from prospective LGBTQQIA and Ally members, gaining greater internal and external E/BRG recognition and support E/BRG international expansion goals.
