Workshop Description
Building – and maintaining – an ERG is hard work! In some ways, building up an LGBT ERG provides some additional unique challenges. The success of an ERG not only depends on active members contributing, but also supportive management at all levels of the organization. In this workshop we want to provide strategies for setting up and maintaining an ERG from the executive level through to the most junior employee. So whether you are starting an LGBT ERG for the first time, or trying to revitalize your existing ERG, you’re sure to get information useful for you!
