Workshop Description
Wells Fargo is in its fifth year of an LGBT-specific Diverse Leaders Program, a transformational three-day “deep dive” leadership experience designed specifically for high-potential LGBT-identified leaders from all over the company’s footprint. The industry-leading program was developed with diversity expert Jennifer Brown and nearly 300 Wells Fargo team members have graduated from the training.
