Workshop Description

We will provide examples and best practices on the evolution of an Employee Resource Group, from championing workplace inclusivity domestically to international sites, and from counseling our businesses on the LGBT consumer to working with industry partners on new products driving business growth. Specifically we’ll be covering how Clorox has expanded our successful LGBT Ally Program to not only extend company-wide in support of Allies for Diversity, but also to select Latin American countries where we operate. We’ll discuss how Employee Resource Groups can channel momentum to elevate our perception among leadership and award us funding to begin exploring new business opportunities with industry partners and O&E supporters.
