Workshop Description

A fundamental pillar of the business case for inclusion is the attraction and retention of top talent. In this session, we'll look at the intersection of LGBT students in top-tier MBA programs at home and abroad and the companies that recruit them. We'll trace the history of Reaching Out MBA, a U.S. based LGBT MBA organization, and the growth of its programs over the last few years including new international programming. Additionally, we'll look at an MBA LGBT student group at IE business school in Madrid, Spain and unfold the challenges companies face there in wooing top LGBT talent.
