Our relationship with power and privilege affects our feelings of self and our interactions with others. Yet, many of us are not consciously aware of these forces and how we have internalized them. In this interactive workshop, we will explore the manifestations of internalized oppression/domination and how they limit our effectiveness as leaders and champions for social change.
