The growth of discussions around “unconscious and implicit bias” take us to the next level about how we are an integral part of creating further understanding and acceptance of all people regardless of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age and ability. We know the impact on each of us when assumptions about us as LGBT have on our lives, and our coming out and sharing our stories has changed that landscape over the years. It is time to start look inside the LGBT and ally community, especially in the workplace. We are not immune to these same biases and our presenters will share concepts, insights and programs at have been created to bring awareness of these biases from theory to reality.
