Workshop Description
In today's global workplace, employees of multinational companies often find themselves doing contracts in foreign offices. What does it mean for LGBT employees when they find themselves in a country that isn't gay friendly, or worse, actively homophobic? This panel discussion led by IGLTA with the U.S. Department of State examines resources and "survival" tips for LGBT U.S. citizens living and working abroad; and provides advice that companies with international offices can use assist their LGBT employees.
