
Since 2002, the HRC Corporate Equality Index has been the nation’s premiere benchmark and roadmap for LGBT equality in corporate America. Effective in 2016, the new criteria – CEI 4.0 – stems from one guiding principle: that discrimination has no place in a top-rated CEI business. The criteria changes will further bring into alignment, the most critical foundation of LGBT workplace inclusion – non-discrimination policies and diversity practices – throughout the operations of an employer.
